Here\u2019s how we ship and how returns work \u2014 no small print.<\/p>\n

Shipping<\/h2>\n

Shipping is free<\/strong> across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Each product has a different delivery time because it ships from a different warehouse:<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll receive a tracking number<\/strong> by email as soon as the parcel ships. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: contact us before ordering and we\u2019ll confirm the delivery time and any customs charges.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

You have 14 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of your order to return it, no reason required (right of withdrawal, art. 102 et seq. of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).<\/p>\n
