This is what really goes in the car: the essentials, the things everyone forgets, and the kit you buy early and never use.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The essentials<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A folding massage table.<\/strong> 2-section aluminium (12-14 kg) if you move around a lot; 3-section or wood (15-17 kg) for stability if you\u2019re not carrying it up stairs.<\/li><li><strong>A carry bag.<\/strong> It\u2019s the thing people buy too late and the one that saves the most money: the upholstery is the first thing to go, and reupholstering costs more than the bag. <a href=\"\/en\/guias\/medidas-camilla-plegable\/\">Check whether yours fits<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Headrest and face cradle.<\/strong> Usually comes with the table; keep a spare, it\u2019s the part that breaks most.<\/li><li><strong>Fitted sheets.<\/strong> Three sets minimum: one on the table, one in the wash, one in the car. Terry or microfibre.<\/li><li><strong>Couch roll or disposable sheets.<\/strong> Always keep a roll in the boot.<\/li><li><strong>Towels.<\/strong> Four per session if you work with oil. It\u2019s what takes up most space: give it its own bag.<\/li><li><strong>Oil or cream.<\/strong> In a pump bottle, never the original container. And inside a sealed bag: oil spilled in the boot is an afternoon lost.<\/li><li><strong>Hand sanitiser and surface disinfectant.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>A light blanket.<\/strong> People get cold after 20 minutes, especially in homes with air conditioning.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What everyone forgets<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A 5-metre extension lead.<\/strong> If you use a table warmer or your own lamp, the socket is never where you need it.<\/li><li><strong>A small battery speaker.<\/strong> Playing music from the client\u2019s phone is awkward for everyone.<\/li><li><strong>A bag for dirty linen.<\/strong> Separate and waterproof. Otherwise the whole car smells of oil.<\/li><li><strong>Bolsters or cushions.<\/strong> One under the knees when supine and one under the ankles when prone change the whole session.<\/li><li><strong>A pack of wipes.<\/strong> For the client at the end, and for you between visits.<\/li><li><strong>A card reader.<\/strong> Taking cash at people\u2019s homes is awkward and means carrying change.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you buy and never use<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A folding shopping trolley<\/strong> to carry the table. It breaks within three months: it isn\u2019t built for 15 kg on a slope. If you want wheels, they should be on the bag itself.<\/li><li><strong>Portable electric tables.<\/strong> They weigh 25 kg. Not for mobile work.<\/li><li><strong>Ten different oils.<\/strong> One neutral and one aromatic will see you through the first year.<\/li><li><strong>Decorative table covers.<\/strong> They stain just the same and cost three times as much.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it all splits up in the car<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three loads, no more: the <strong>table in its bag<\/strong>, a <strong>linen bag<\/strong> (sheets, towels, blanket) and a <strong>small backpack<\/strong> with oils, disinfectant and electronics. Load and unload in two trips, not five. If you end up making four trips to the car on every visit, the problem isn\u2019t organisation: it\u2019s that the table isn\u2019t on wheels.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What your body notices most<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weight isn\u2019t the problem; frequency is. Four visits a day means carrying the table eight times. That\u2019s where a <a href=\"\/en\/guias\/bolsa-camilla-con-ruedas-o-sin-ruedas\/\">wheeled bag<\/a> stops being a luxury.
