What data we process and why
- Orders: name, address, email, phone and payment details (the latter are processed by Stripe; we never see your card). Purpose: to manage the purchase, shipping, invoicing and returns. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Contact: name, email and message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: consent.
- Customer account: if you create one, your profile data and order history. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Browsing: analytics and marketing cookies only if you accept them. See the cookie policy.
Recipients
To fulfil your order we share only the strictly necessary data with: the payment gateway (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), the hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.), and the suppliers and carriers responsible for shipping the product, who may be located outside the EU (in that case the transfer of your delivery details is based on performance of the contract, art. 49.1.b GDPR). We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Order data is kept for the legal invoicing periods (minimum 4-6 years). Contact data, until the enquiry is resolved and for a maximum of 1 year.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to charliebrawnzz@gmail.com with a copy of your ID. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
