Shipping and returns
Free shipping across Spain. This model ships directly from the factory: delivery takes 15 to 25 working days, with a tracking number from day one.
Returns: you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return it. For a full refund the bag must arrive unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You may open it and check it’s what you expected, just as you would in a shop; but if it shows signs of use (dirt, worn wheels, a table having been carried), the loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
