Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Shipping is free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the EU and the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Images are indicative; the measurements and materials stated on each product page are the reference data.
Ordering and payment
Add the product to your cart, enter your details and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (via Stripe). You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. The contract is concluded at that moment.
Shipping
Delivery times: bag without wheels 7-12 working days; wheeled bag 15-25 working days. Details under shipping and returns. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and refund the amount within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason (art. 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007; Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). The product must be returned unused, with tags and in its original packaging; if it shows signs of use, the loss in value will be deducted (art. 108.2). Return shipping is paid by the consumer, except for faulty products or seller error. Withdrawal form template: send an email to charliebrawnzz@gmail.com with your name, order number, date of receipt and the sentence “I wish to withdraw from the purchase contract”.
Guarantee
All products carry the legal 3-year guarantee against lack of conformity (art. 120 RDL 1/2007). In case of defect, we replace or refund and cover the costs.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
